Findings - CM/GC for Building 7 Renovation

If approved by the Local Contract Review Board, an RFP for a CM/GC for the project will be released in September or October of 2025.

The Building 7 Renovation addresses a portion of the 2025 Bond project goals of upgrading and enhancements to the campus CTE, Technologies, Facilities and Safety Improvements. Building 7 Renovation will include a renovation of the main gym building and associated spaces, HVAC and lighting systems, parking lot improvements, roof upgrades, community athletic spaces and potentially new auxiliary gym.
