International Credits

Your transcripts must first be evaluated by a third-party company in the U.S. We recommend using the Evaluation Request form through SpanTran. The site lists all materials required to process the evaluation and information about translation services if they are required.

After you receive the application, fill it out and request a Divisional Course Analysis. The cost for a Divisional Course Analysis evaluation is included in the application material. Be sure to include the fee for this service. Evaluations are sent electronically to Chemeketa via the SpanTran portal. If you choose to have any materials mailed, please use the address below--

P.O. Box 14007

Complete a Request for Evaluation and Transfer of Previous Credits form. Evaluations are completed in the order they are received-- processing times are dependent on volume of requests and workload during peak term dates. There is no fee for this evaluation by Chemeketa.

Chemeketa will accept a third party evaluation from any service that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).
